New Admin Roster Function

Site Administrators, while logged in via the admin panel, will now see a new option to be able to inactivate a character from the database.

This should allow admins the ability to shrink the current roster and save resources for people who have moved on or have not played in a while.

Users who log in and find their character has been inactivated accidentally will be able to reactivate their characters via their profile.
