CHP Epic Policy (7/14/2005):

CHP members can now request a CHP raid date be used for an epic fight. The raid date for an epic fight will be en lieu of our regular PoP target so it can be schedule on a Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday.

CHP member requirements include:
1) The CHP member requesting the epic fight must be willing to lead the raid for that date and target or have someone prearranged and willing to lead the raid on their behalf.
2) The CHP member must attend 20 CHP raids before requesting an epic fight.

Epic Fight Scheduling:

HoC and Prax alternate weeks for leading raids and each guild is responsible for assigning raid leaders on a monthly basis. During the monthly sign up for raid dates through each guild, CHP members can request that their raid date target a specific epic fight (listed below). Epic dates must be declared at time of scheduling.

Each guild is allowed to schedule two epic dates per month on any of their monthly raid dates. Multiple epic targets can be scheduled on the same raid date for multiple members within the same guild. It is up to each guild to prioritize epic dates and raid targets within their guild.

CHP members can either wait until they are at the point where they need one of the epic fights listed below or a CHP member can schedule the raid with the understanding that they will be at the correct point of their epic when their raid date rolls around. If a CHP member has selected a raid date for their epic fight(s) and is not ready with their epic fight(s), the CHP member will lead the CHP forces on a PoP target.

The Epic fight:
A CHP member can mobilize the CHP forces for up to two epic fights towards one epic per raid date. If an attempt fails and the encounter resets in 2 hours or less, then a second attempt may be attempted. Each CHP member is expected to remain with the raiding party until the event resets. If a second attempt on the epic fight fails, the RL must schedule another date in the future to try again.

Raid Attendance Points
Raid attendance points are awarded to all alliance members participating in the above encounters. Multiple attempts for the same CHP member on the same raid target do not yield multiple raid attendance points. Multiple targets within the same raid will count one raid attendance point per target. Raid leader points will not be awarded for epic fights. There will be no point charge for looting the epic item drop.

General loot items that drop during the course of the raid will follow current CHP loot policy. The raid leader should take into account the fact that the epic raid was done for their benefit for their epic drop before bidding on any general loot items on their epic raid. Muramite runes that drop will be bid on like general loot.
