Yeah, that happens to me too but with the red squares, I think it's a caching issue. What you can do is press and hold CTL while pressing the refresh button to have it load up every image on the page again. It basically flushes the temp files.

Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\(Your Account)\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\
Windows 98 (or below):
C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
and find the ( http://handofchaos.buzzman25.com/images ... thing).gif ) where something is yes, no, alternate, etc. and delete them manually, then browse back to the web page.
