Raid Organization

Things have been rather caotic as of late and I wish to bring some orgaization ideas to the forefront.
With the absence of some key leadership, we need to form a consistent backup team in several key areas.
There should be a designated:
1. Raid leader- Gives instructions and gameplan, picks Tank order.
2. Cleric leader- Organizes the Clerics and healers only.
3. Buffer leader- Designates who does what in the buffing area
4. Kiter leader- Leads the kiters in thier duties
5. Chanter leader- Organizes the Enchanters in thier duties
6. Designated looter- Someone who know the loot order and rules.
These leaders need to be familiar with thier raid roles and be a consistant attender to raids.
I know this is not a perfect world and I know that there will be times we will have to wing it. I am willing to lead the clerics with Bluerosette. I have been on as Trancina trying to get here Sol Ro qualified since Blue already is, but see a greater need for organzation at this time. Blue has been on all the mob raids up to Sol Ro. I know Curado will be leading some of the raid and will not be able to attend them all. I wish to step in for her unless you have a more seasoned candidate in mind.
